As the Executive Vice President of Arroyo & Company, David Silver works on the disposition of income properties and land, with an emphasis on multifamily.
 
Mr. Silver brings a detailed and thorough approach to each transaction, with a focus on anticipating market response and avoiding potential pitfalls prior to marketing and close of escrow. His experience ranges from market-rate, value-added, affordable housing, and bond-financed multifamily transactions to condominium conversions and failed condominium "reversions".
 
David's track record also includes a high closing ratio and numerous referrals across an unusual breadth of product types and investor profiles, from small private clients to some of the largest institutional operators in the West.  He has earned a strong reputation as an attentive and creative problem-solver whose skills translate freely across a range of deal types and investor profiles.
 
Since 2003, David has participated in the marketing and disposition of more than 8,500 units and 1.3 million square feet of commercial and retail properties, with a total value in excess of $1.3 Billion.
 
He earned his BA from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois.
