M2 Partners Acquire 178 Units in Vallejo, CA

VALLEJO, CA - Arroyo & Coates announced today that it acted as advisor to Oakmont Properties in the $22,000,000 disposition of Windrush Hills Apartments in Vallejo, CA. The property was acquired by M2 Partners LLC, a Southern California partnership recently formed by Kenneth Melton, also of Eagle Real Estate Group, and John McAlister, former President of Steadfast Companies.

Originally constructed in 1965, Windrush Hills is located at the intersection of Porter Street and Magazine Street in Vallejo. The community comprises 10 buildings of two and three bedroom units that average more than 1,100 square feet. M2 Partners plans include an extensive renovation and repositioning of the property.

The seller was represented in the transaction by David Silver, Nathan Blair and Pedro Arroyo of Arroyo & Coates. M2 Partners acted on its own behalf.
