Julia Wilk works as an analyst as part of a team headed by Pedro Arroyo, David Silver, Jamie Clifford and Nathan Blair. She conducts extensive market and property specific research and evaluation in order to comprehensively underwrite the team’s disposition projects.

Before joining Arroyo & Company, she worked as an analyst for multiple real estate development and consulting firms in San Francisco, Washington DC, and Philadelphia.

Education
Julia graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s in Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning with a Certificate in Real Estate Development.  She also holds an MA in Early Modern History from University College Dublin in Ireland and a BA in History from Yale University.
