Updated: Kirby Sack Buys Redwood City Apt. Complexes

Multifamily Portfolio of 112 Units Fetches $21.4M; Properties to be Known as Sequoia at Wellesley Crescent.

San Francisco-based Kirby Sack Properties acquired a portfolio of three
adjacent multifamily complexes at 1212-1304 Whipple Ave. in Redwood
City, CA, for $21.47 million, or about $191,700 per unit.

The portfolio contains a total of 112 units on three parcels totaling approximately 1.82 acres. Built in the early 1960s, the complexes will be
renovated and managed as a single property known as "Sequoia at
Wellesley Crescent".

David Silver and Ryan Wagner of Arroyo & Coates in San Francisco
represented the buyer and the sellers, Craig and Barbara Rogers, in the
transaction.
