Arroyo & Coates Negotiates $5.3 Million Sale of Northern California Apartments

SACRAMENTO, CA - Arroyo & Coates announced today that it acted as advisor to Walnut Creek-based Brickyard Company in the $5.3 Million disposition of Waters Edge, a 64-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA. The property was acquired by LeFever Mattson of Sacramento, CA.

Originally constructed in 1980, Waters Edge is located at the intersection of Riverside Boulevard and 43rd Avenue in Sacramento. The community comprises of one and two bedroom units. The seller was represented in the transaction by David Silver and Ken Meislin of Arroyo & Coates. “The Buyer” acted on its own behalf.
