Arroyo & Coates Negotiates $18.5 Million Condo Sale

FRESNO, CA - Pedro Arroyo, David Silver and Jamie Clifford of Arroyo & Coates have represented both parties in the $18.5 million sale of a 120-unit condominium community in northwest Fresno. The 18-building Villa San Marcos is located at 8147 N. Cedar Ave. and features a pool, a spa and a clubhouse. Central California's Fresno Shires Partners purchased the property from PL, Myers LP of Northern California.
