As a Vice President of Arroyo & Coates, David Silver works on the disposition of income properties and land, with an emphasis on multifamily.

Since 2003, Mr. Silver has participated in the marketing and disposition of over 8,000 units and 1,300,000 sq ft of commercial/retail properties with a total value in excess of $1.2 Billion. Mr. Silver’s track record includes a listing to closing ratio of over 95% and a high referral rate.

Mr. Silver brings a detailed and thorough approach to each transaction with a focus on anticipating market response and avoiding potential pitfalls prior to marketing and close of escrow. His experience ranges from new and market rate multifamily, value add multifamily, affordable multifamily, bond financed transactions, condo conversions, failed condo-”reversions”, along with other income properties and land.

He leads a team of six brokerage professionals on each transaction to produce maximum value for each client.

Prior to his arrival at Arroyo & Coates, Mr. Silver worked for a Chicago based start-up venture launching operations in Shanghai, China. Mr. Silver attended Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, Illinois.
