Park West Townhouses Sells in Petaluma

Robert Kutler sold a 71-unit townhouse community at 250-292 Douglas St. in Petaluma, CA, to a private investor for an undisclosed price. The property was listed at $9.35 million, or approximately $131,690 per unit, prior to going under contract, according to CoStar information.

Park West Townhouses was built in 1972 and consists of 65 two-bedrooms/one-bathroom units and six one-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The buyer assumed the seller's loan, which lengthened time in escrow, according to brokers close to the sale.

Jamie Clifford and David Silver of Arroyo & Coates represented the seller, while the buyer was self-represented.
