Arroyo & Coates Negotiates $36.1MM Sale of 434 Units in Sacramento, CA

SACRAMENTO, CA - Arroyo & Coates announced today that its San Francisco office acted as advisor to Oakhollow LP in the $36,100,000 disposition of Oakhollow Apartments, a 434-unit multifamily community in Sacramento, CA. The property was acquired by National Commercial Ventures of Los Angeles, CA.

Originally constructed in 1985, Oakhollow is located at the intersection of Oakhollow Drive and Walerga Road in the North Highlands area of Sacramento County. The community comprises 30 buildings of one and two bedroom units that average more than 850 square feet. Amenities include two swimming pools, two spas with saunas, and two separate buildings for leasing or
recreational use.

The seller was represented in the transaction by David Silver, Nathan Blair, and Pedro Arroyo of Arroyo & Coates. The buyer was represented by Mark Cunningham and Daniel Dabkoski of Sperry Van Ness/CRG Investments.
