Put the word “highly” before each of these words: experienced, clever, imaginative, thorough, pragmatic, professional, knowledgeable, ethical, responsive, loyal, and wise. These are the traits that come to mind when I think about our experiences with Arroyo & Coates this year. They helped us with three complex and interlinked apartment transactions totaling more than $56 million.

Pedro Arroyo and Jamie Clifford served us. They were superb and very enjoyable to work with. In addition, they introduced us to an excellent group of service providers whose help we counted on to conclude our transactions. We were very satisfied with these individuals.

I cannot imagine receiving a higher level of service and attention than we received from Pedro and James. Our only regret is that we didn’t find them 24 years earlier.
