FREMONT, CA – Arroyo & Coates has negotiated the sale of Logan Park Apartments, a 36 unit apartment community in Fremont, CA. Canyon Real Estate Group of Newport Beach, CA acquired the property from Logan Park LTD for $7.225 million.

Located at 38200 Logan Drive, Logan Park Apartments is convenient to the Fremont BART station and to I-880.
