When one ventures into new territory and has to select someone to handle your affairs, it is a little intimidating. I remember our first meeting and that you seemed confident. More important you were well prepared. About ten days after we selected your firm you were back with an impressive sales brochure in electronic form, and data that provided the basis for a realistic asking price. You obviously had the experience to handle our sale very effectively.
As the marketing process unfolded you always seemed to know how to handle the various speed bumps that came up. Your firm apparently did most of the due diligence that most buyers perform. This not only provided you with detailed, first hand knowledge of our project, but allowed you to address potential buyers questions with confidence. I also was happy to see you refer questions to others when you felt unqualified to respond.
The other area where your firm was exceptional was in gathering and distributing documents for due diligence and the closing. Again, providing this service allowed you to keep the process moving forward in an organized manner. I believe your efforts accelerated the sale process and allowed us to hit the top of the market cycle.
