Specializing in the disposition of privately owned apartment properties, Mr. Davis brings sales experience both at the private and institutional level to the California Multihousing Group. His responsibilities include client development, marketing and pricing strategies, conducting property tours and managing the due diligence/escrow process for his listings. Prior to joining Arroyo & Coates Casey worked at Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix, Arizona where he was involved in over $200 million in multifamily transactions. Casey is a licensed broker in California and possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
