Arroyo & Coates Negotiates $22 Million Sale of Suisun City Apartment Community

SUISUN CITY, CA - Arroyo & Coates announced today the sale of Cedar Glen Apartments, a 240 unit apartment community in Suisun, CA. The Reliant Group acquired the multifamily property for 22 million dollars from Sunset Avenue Partners L.P.

Cedar Glen is located at 311 Sandy Lane, at the intersection of Sunset Avenue. Built in 1991, Cedar Glen has a mix of one and two bedroom apartment homes, ranging in size from approximately 750 to 850 square feet. The community is comprised of 240 total units, split amongst 30 buildings.

The transaction was brokered by Arroyo and Coates, with representation by Vice President David Silver and Senior Sales Associate Nathan Blair.
