Mr. Blair has engaged in multifamily, vacant land, hospitality, and bulk condominium transactions involving public and private investors, opportunity funds, REITs, and LIHTC investors. He has been centrally involved in many of the California Multihousing Group’s most significant recent transactions. Since 2005 Mr. Blair has directly participated in the successful closing of 3,000 multifamily units on a total volume of more than $500 Million, with joint or lead responsibilities on more than 1,800 units and $235 Million.
