Nathan Blair focuses on the marketing and sale of residential investment properties throughout Northern California.

Mr. Blair has engaged in multifamily, vacant land, hospitality, and bulk condominium transactions involving public and private investors, opportunity funds, Non-Profits, REITs, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investors. He has been centrally involved in many of the California Multihousing Group’s most significant recent transactions, and has been frequently commended for his detailed approach to leading complex transactions and for his skill in managing the needs of all parties to achieve his clients' goals.

Since 2005, Nathan has directly participated in the successful closing of more than 3,200 multifamily units on a total volume of more than $480 Million, with joint or lead responsibilities on more than 1,900 units and $220 Million.
 
He earned his BA from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
