For more than 20 years Pedro has been an active real estate broker with sales approximating $250 million per year for the past several years. His brokerage activity includes the sale of apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings, triple net buildings, land and mini-warehouses.

Prior to founding Arroyo & Coates, Pedro was Vice President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap, the second largest investment real estate brokerage firm in the nation, where he earned Top 10 and Top 5 honors for several consecutive years. By the time Pedro left Marcus & Millichap, he had produced more per month than any other broker in company history.
