Originally constructed in 1965, and renovated in 2002 and 2004, the property offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments in open floor plans ranging from 329 sf to 754 sf. The seller was represented by Pedro Arroyo and Jamie Clifford of Arroyo & Coates, while the buyer took care of its own negotiations.
